You're invited to our next community meeting, on Monday, June 11, 6:30-8:00 pm, at the Hazel Park Memorial Library. At this meeting, we'll review the strategy ideas suggested by community members thus far, presenting our recommendations for what should actually go into the plan. We'll also ask for your input on implementation of these strategies.

Attached below is the master list of community goal and strategy ideas submitted in Hazel Park. These have been proposed by citizens at community meetings, online and through best practices research.
Do not take these ideas as final! These are living documents--we're still in the brainstorming phase, and everything is open to debate! Feel free to also review and steal from other communities' goals and strategies documents, which can be found in an earlier post.0 votes
You're invited to the next Climate Action Plan community forum! It will be held Thursday, March 22, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Hazel Park Community Center. The format will be slightly different this time: we'll give a shorter overview of the process and then we'll move into an open house format. Attendees will be able to move between tables focused on different climate action strategy areas, sharing their ideas for community-level goals and strategies.0 votes
