    Lisa, love the neighborhood ideas and house monitors! In the meeting, we talked about creating a program to incentivize efficiency improvements by landlords for rental properties. Ann Arbor has just started their "PACE" program (Property Assessed Clean Energy) which has some great ideas involved: http://www.annarbor.com/news/student-rental-houses-could-benefit-from-energy-efficiency-upgrades-under-ann-arbors-new-pace-progra/

    Agreed, also though small, there is part of Forest right before Hamilton where the bike lane just stops and continues after the scary cars aren't looking speeding for 94 turn...! Even just painting an adjusted bike lane of awareness would help!

  4. Facilitate creation of worker owned co-op for profit businesses, perhaps manufacturing solar panels or farming.
